Introduction

Welcome to Live In Peace Planning owned and operated by Trivent Innovations Inc. ("us", "we" or "our"). We respect that the information you store in your Account (as defined in our Terms of Service) is highly personal and may be sensitive in nature. You are always in complete control of who can see your information. We pledge the following:

  • Anything you store in your Account (“Private Submissions”) is private by default. Sharing of Private Submissions will always be opt-in. In other words, your Private Submissions will always be private unless you specifically choose to share them with someone. We will never make this choice for you.
  • Clarity and transparency are the guiding principles for how we design our privacy controls. You will always be able to see who has access to your Private Submissions and who does not. We make it as easy and simple as possible to update your privacy settings and manage who has access to your Account.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any Public Submissions (as defined in our Terms of Service). Please be careful before including any information in a public forum, discussion or other space within the Services.

Information We Collect

We collect personal and non-personal information when you provide it to us in the course of using the Services. It may also include private, sensitive, personal information that you privately submit through the Services, including your health and medical information, financial information and legal information. While we may know whether and when you submitted a particular type or category of personal information, we do not in the course of our standard daily business operations have access to the content or details of any personal information you privately submit through the Services because it is encrypted. We will share your personal information only with your designated Executor(s) (as defined in the Terms of Service) and only pursuant to your, or (if applicable) your Co-User's (as defined in the Terms of Service), explicit instruction, except when we are required to by law or in other rare circumstances, as described below.

The non-personal information that we may collect includes your browser type, the URL of the previous website you visited, your ISP, operating system, and your Internet protocol (IP) Address. The non-personal information is not used by us to personally identify you and is not readily usable for that purpose.

When you register to use the Service or otherwise make a purchase from us using our Services we will collect your name, gender, location, email address, mailing address (if necessary) and other information that we request during the registration and/or purchase process. The information you provide to us may reveal or allow others to identify aspects of your life that are not expressly stated (for example, your name may reveal your gender). By providing information to us when you create your account, you are expressly and voluntarily accepting the Terms of Service and freely accepting and agreeing to our processing of your information in ways set out by this Privacy Policy.

Requesting the deletion of your data will result in the permanent removal of your Account and inability to access our Services. Please ensure you have saved or backed up any important information before requesting data deletion.

If your personal information changes or if you no longer want to use the Services, you may correct, update or deactivate your personal information and your account through the Account management page. If you wish to deactivate or terminate your access to the Services, you may also contact our customer support team.

Application of Privacy Policy If You Access Third Party Websites

When you pay us a fee for access and use of the Services or purchase a product from us, a third party (and not us) will accept payment for such Subscription (as defined in our Terms of Service) or purchase. In addition, you may be able to access third party websites and services and purchase products from third parties directly through the Services. This Privacy Policy does not apply when you access third party websites or services or purchase products, whether from us or a third party. We cannot control how third parties may use personal information you disclose to them, so you should carefully review the privacy policy of any third party website or service you visit before using it, purchasing any Service, service or product or disclosing your personal information to such third party.

The Services and products we sell are intended for people over the age of majority. Therefore, it is unlikely that children under the age of majority will use the Services or products we sell. In addition, we will delete any information in our database that we know originates from a person under the age of majority.
